On May 11, 2021, 09:00 - 10:10 CET the Project meeting was conducted. The meeting was planned and conducted on the MS Teams platform. The participants of the meeting were
Georgi Dimitrov, Eugenia Kovatcheva (University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, Bulgaria), Dejan D. Rancic, Dragan H. Stojanovic (University of Nis, Serbia), Oleksii Bychkov (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine), Marcin Bernas, Vasyl Martsenyuk (University of Bielsko-Biala, Poland).
The agenda of the meeting included the issues concerning the current project problems and perspectives.

Namely, Vasyl Martsenyuk focused on the Big Data's basic fields to be investigated to set up Big Data requirements to fit ACM Data Science Task Force (2021). He also reported the results of the evaluation of IO1 and highlighted the necessity to fill in properly the Google form on the project’s dissemination.

Georgi Dimitrov paid attention to the necessity to plan the next project meetings (face-to-face) taking into account the pandemic situation in the partner’s countries. Hence it would be reasonable to move the planned meetings to other UE countries with weaker pandemic restrictions.

Eugenia Kovatcheva informed the partners about activity description and the planned online training within the project stage IO2. It will start on May 17, 2020, and the persons which will be setting up the Big Data requirements are invited. The training will be conducted through the next week.

Dejan Rancic paid attention to the organization of the project’s meeting in Serbia to fit the academic schedule and vacation.

Olexii Bychkov informed the partners on the organizational issues with the regard to the transnational meeting in Kyiv in June.

Marcin Bernas highlighted the necessity to take into account the Gantt chart which was developed within the project proposal.
