On March 17, 2021, 09:00 - 10:15 CET the Project meeting was conducted. The meeting was planned and conducted on the MS Teams platform. The participants of the meeting were
Georgi Dimitrov, Eugenia Kovatcheva (University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, Bulgaria), Dejan D. Rancic, Marko T. Milojkovic (University of Nis, Serbia), Oleksii Bychkov (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine), Marcin Bernas, Vasyl Martsenyuk (University of Bielsko-Biala, Poland).
The agenda of the meeting included the issues concerning the current project problems and perspectives.

Namely, Georgi Dimitrov proposed to organize the analysis of the surveys within the partner teams in order to finish this work by end of April. Further, he clarified the next project stages and offered the perspective areas concerning Big Data for future consideration and development within the framework of the project. They include the topics

- Big Data fundamentals
- Big Data analytics
- Big Data for business
- Big Data and Machine Learning
- Big Data and Artificle Inteligennse
- Deep learning in Big Data Field

but are not restricted to them.

Eugenia Kovatcheva focused on very important problems related to project management. Namely, fitting the gantt chart of the project, unifying the documentation within the teams, the improvement of coordination of teams, presentation of the project outcomes on the site of the European Commission. She offered to conduct the next meeting shortly with the participation of the persons who will analyze the surveys directly.

Dejan Rancic and Marko Milojkovic presented the problems of the employments of the persons during the stages of intellectual outputs. Dejan Rancic and Oleksii Bychkov stated the importance of the area selection to develop the future course on Big Data.
Marcin Bernas paid the attention to the problem of possibilities of analysis of the responses in the surveys with respect to countries of respondents. Such problems need to be coordinated within the project.


Vasyl Martsenyuk stated the problem of the dissemination of the event and publications. It is necessary to improve the dissemination of the project significantly, gathering all information on project dissemination on the corresponding survey. The University of Bielsko-Biala is supporting iBIGWorld project dissemination by planning the special section on the project within the conference Engineer of XXI century. Vasyl Martsenyuk announced the internal evaluation of the IO1, which will be conducted soon in the form of the survey.
